Reporting Violations
How to Report:
l If you encounter threats, offensive language, or harassment, report it immediately through the NowNowSales platform. Provide detailed information, including the user ID, messages, and any other relevant evidence.
Investigation Process:
l NowNowSales will review the report and conduct an investigation. This may involve reviewing communication logs and transaction history, as well as contacting the involved parties for additional information.
Consequences of Violations
Warnings:
l First-time offenders may receive a warning and education about our policies to help prevent future violations.
Account Restrictions:
l Temporary restrictions may be placed on the user’s account, limiting their ability to interact with other users.
Account Suspension:
