2. Protected Transactions

Seller Protection covers the following types of transactions:
  • Unauthorized Transactions: Protection against unauthorized purchases made without the buyer’s consent.
  • Item Not Received (INR) Claims: Coverage for claims where a buyer reports not receiving the item despite proof of delivery.
  • Chargebacks and Payment Reversals: Assistance with resolving chargebacks and payment reversals initiated by the buyer’s financial institution.


3. Requirements for Protection

To qualify for protection, sellers must meet these specific requirements:
  • Proof of Delivery: Provide valid proof of delivery, including tracking information that confirms the item was delivered to the buyer’s address.
  • Timely Shipping: Ship items within the stated handling time and upload tracking information promptly.

4. Handling Disputes and Claims
