· Provide Required Information: You will need to provide details about the transaction, including the item number, nature of the issue, and any supporting evidence such as photos, tracking information, or communication with the seller.

· Deadline for Claims: Claims must be filed within the time frame specified under the Money Back Guarantee to be eligible.

 

4. Resolution Process

Once a claim is filed, the following process will take place:

· Seller Response: The seller will be notified of the claim and will have up to 7 days to respond. The seller can offer a resolution, such as a refund, replacement, or return of the item.

· NowNowSales Mediation: If the seller does not respond or if the buyer and seller cannot reach an agreement, NowNowSales will step in to mediate the dispute. Our customer support team will review the case, including any evidence provided, and will make a determination on the outcome.

· Refund Processing: If a refund is granted, it will be issued back to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process, depending on the payment method used.

· Return Shipping: If the item needs to be returned, NowNowSales may provide a prepaid return shipping label. In certain cases, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

 

5. Buyer and Seller Responsibilities

· Buyer Responsibilities: Buyers must ensure that they provide accurate and truthful information when filing a claim. Misuse of the Money Back Guarantee, such as filing false or frivolous claims, may result in account suspension or other penalties.

· Seller Responsibilities: Sellers are required to provide accurate descriptions of items, ship items promptly, and address buyer concerns in a timely manner. Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in penalties, including account suspension and removal from the NowNowSales platform.

 

6. Exclusions and Limitations

· Custom and Made-to-Order Items: Custom or made-to-order items may have different return policies. Buyers should review the seller’s terms before making a purchase in these categories.

· Ineligible Transactions: Transactions conducted outside of the NowNowSales platform or payments made outside of our accepted payment methods are not eligible for the Money Back Guarantee.
