Interfering with a transaction policy
Violation of the NowNowSales User Agreement policy
All NowNowSales users must comply with the NowNowSales User Agreement.
Everyone registered on NowNowSales has agreed to comply with our User Agreement and all other site policies.
What is the policy?
When using NowNowSales Services, members must:
· Comply with our policies about listing on NowNowSales
o Provide complete and accurate information in their listings
o Avoid relisting items that we removed because they violated a policy
o Avoid providing false or incomplete information to circumvent our policies
· Comply with our policies about what kinds of items can be listed on NowNowSales. Members must not:
o List counterfeit or prohibited items
o List NowNowSales Bucks
· Comply with our policies about how they use their account
o Members must not do anything that might compromise the safety or integrity of the NowNowSales marketplace
o Members must offer retail service levels, and deliver on their service promises
o Buyer claims must be quickly addressed, within NowNowSales specified timeframes
o Members must not create additional accounts to circumvent selling restrictions, buying limits, suspension, or to manipulate any site feature
o Selling a NowNowSales User ID or account without our permission is not allowed
o Scraping or gathering information from NowNowSales to use on another site is not allowed
o Members must not bid on their own items
· Comply with our policies about how they use our site features
o Members should only use NowNowSales site features and processes for their intended purpose
Activity on NowNowSales is required to follow this policy, the NowNowSales User Agreement and all applicable laws, as well as respect the rights of third parties. If it doesn’t, NowNowSales may take action consistent with applicable laws and the NowNowSales User Agreement, and may even be legally required to do so. Such actions may include, as an example only: Removing the listing or other content, issuing a warning, restricting activity or account suspension.
