Abusive buyer behaviour is any activity that disrupts the marketplace, manipulates transactions, or unfairly disadvantages sellers. NowNowSales take such behaviour seriously and will take appropriate action to address it, including issuing warnings, restricting accounts, and suspending user privileges.

2. Examples of Abusive Buyer Behavior

Unreasonable Demands:

1. Buyers making unreasonable demands or requests for items not included in the listing.

2. Attempting to alter the terms of the transaction after the purchase.

Extortion and Threats:

1. Threatening to leave negative feedback or low ratings unless the seller provides additional goods or services.

2. Using threats to manipulate sellers into accepting returns, refunds, or discounts.

Misuse of Returns:

1. Returning items that are not the original item purchased.

2. Damaging an item and then requesting a return or refund.

3. Frequently returning items after use or without a valid reason.

False Claims:

1. Falsely claiming that an item was not received or was not as described.

2. Providing inaccurate or misleading information to NowNowSales or sellers.

Bid Manipulation:

1. Placing bids with no intention of purchasing the item.

2. Retracting bids without valid reasons.

Repeated Policy Violations:

1. Repeatedly violating NowNowSales’ policies despite warnings and previous account restrictions.

3. Reporting Abusive Behavior

If you believe you have encountered abusive buyer behaviour, please report it to NowNowSales. Provide detailed information and evidence of the abusive behaviour, including:

· Communication records.

· Transaction details.

· Any other relevant information.

NowNowSales will investigate the report and take appropriate action based on our findings.

4. Consequences of Abusive Behavior

NowNowSales reserves the right to take the following actions against buyers who engage in abusive behaviour:

· Warnings: Issuing warnings to inform buyers of policy violations.

· Account Restrictions: Limiting the ability to bid, buy, or interact with sellers on NowNowSales.

· Suspensions: Temporarily or permanently suspending buyer accounts for serious or repeated violations.

5. Protecting Sellers

To help protect sellers from abusive buyer behaviour, NowNowSales may:

· Remove Negative Feedback: Remove feedback left by abusive buyers.

· Monitor Buyer Behavior: Actively monitor buyer behaviour for patterns of abuse.

· Educate Buyers: Provide educational resources to help buyers understand acceptable behaviour and marketplace policies.

6. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are expected to:

· Respect Sellers: Treat sellers with respect and communicate any issues professionally.

· Follow Policies: Adhere to NowNowSales’ policies and guidelines for buying, bidding, and returning items.

· Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that all information provided to NowNowSales and sellers is accurate and truthful.

7. Appeal Process

If a buyer believes that an action taken against their account was unjust, they can appeal the decision by contacting NowNowSales customer support. Provide any additional information or evidence to support the appeal. NowNowSales will review the appeal and make a final determination.
